Mountain State Maple Days in Mountaineer Country

Keep calm and drizzle maple syrup on everything!

Celebrate all things maple with the West Virginia Maple Syrup Producers Association (WVMSPA) during the Annual Mountain State Maple Days. On Saturday, February 17, 2024, and Saturday, March 16, 2024, “sugar shacks” throughout Mountaineer Country and all of West Virginia will be taking part in this annual celebration as a way to bring attention to one of our state’s fastest-growing and sweetest industries.

During Mountain State Maple Days, local syrup producers will open their doors to the public for a behind-the-scenes look at the process that goes into making each golden drop of maple syrup. This process has been refined for hundreds of years, becoming a regional tradition and staple in homes across West Virginia.

Join WVMSPA in celebrating by sampling maple syrup-inspired menus, watching a tapping demonstration, and supporting locally-owned businesses that produce this West Virginia-grown product daily in Almost Heaven.
