Morgantown Cupcake and Craft Beer Fest – RESCHEDULED

This event, originally scheduled for March, has been postponed until August TBD. 

Celebrate St. Patrick’s day with The Cupcakerie and Mountain State Brewing Co. as we host an afternoon of cupcake and craft beer pairings to benefit The Pantry Plus. Visit https://www.pantryplusmore.org/ to read more about the amazing work they do for our neighbors and community.

3 Seatings: There are only 200 tickets available for each seating.

1. Family Session (Kid Friendly) 11:00 am – 1:00 pm There will be music, face painting, balloon art, coloring contest, cupcake eating contest and a photo booth. There will be princesses and superheroes from “A Moment of Magic”. We encourage children to come dressed as their favorite princess or superhero. There will also be performances by the Irish Dance Group from Morgantown Dance Studio at 11:30 am and 12:30 pm.
2. 2 Adult Sessions: 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm and 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm The following included in both adult sessions: Music provided by Ukulangley Ring Toss (alcoholic beverages), Costume Contest, Coloring Contest, Cupcake eating/pork nacho eating contest.

There will be an after party beginning at 8:30 pm. This is not part of ticketing. The after party is open to the public. There will be a DJ for your entertainment and cupcakes will be available for purchase.
