Pretty broad strokes on the menu for this one but, for instance, Stir fry, Fried Rice, Won Tons, Generals Tao’s chicken, Japanese Tempura, Spring Rolls, Ming’s Master Sauce and some oriental noodles. We won’t restrict ourselves to a set menu but you can bet some of your favorites from the Chinese Buffet will be there.
