Artist in Residence with Heather Schneider

Come out and tour the fort and smell the food cooking aover an open hearth as historic interpreter and hearth cook Heather Schneider demonstates various cooking techniques and recipes of the 18th century.  Heather is a past speaker at the SChool of the Longhunter and has demonstrated hearth cooking at Fort Niagara and other historic sites.  Regular admission applies.
