Submit Your Event!

All event submissions will be filtered to ensure that they meet the following criteria. They must be open to the community and support one of the seven counties in Mountaineer Country–Monongalia, Preston, Barbour, Doddridge, Harrison, Marion, or Taylor. Personal events will not be permitted, nor will any events that are harmful or promote discrimination towards others. The Visit Mountaineer Country Convention and Visitors’ Bureau reserves the right to make the final decision in determining whether an event submission meets the criteria listed above.

Please allow up to 24 hours for your event to be added to the calendar.

  • If you are a Greater Morgantown Arts Council Partner offering an exclusive event for the artist community to attend, please check the "Arts Council Exclusive" box when submitting the event information. It will then be added to the Greater Morgantown Arts Council website.
