Fresh Produce at the Morgantown Farmer’s Market

Cheat Lake Farmers Market

Offering locally produced vegetables, fruits, canned goods, meats, and more, the Cheat Lake Farmers Market is open Mondays from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Their season begins in May and continues through October in the Chestnut Ridge Church Parking Lot in Cheat Lake, WV.

Morgantown Farmers Markets (Summer & Winter)

Shop fresh produce and handmade crafts sourced from local vendors within 50 miles of Morgantown. The Morgantown Farmers Market is open May through November each Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon at the Morgantown Market Place Pavilion in Downtown Morgantown.  The Winter Market is located at the Monongalia County Center at Mylan Park on select Saturdays from 10 a.m. to noon.

Arnettsville Farmers Market

Rain or shine, Arnettsville Farmers Market has you covered! If they aren’t in the field, head down to the Community Center for produce, hand-crafted items, and much more. Come out and shop for fresh produce and more from local farmers and vendors every Monday between 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. from June through September.

Route 7 Farm Market

Shop the flavors of Preston County when you stop by the roadside Route 7 Farm Market. You’ll find fresh local produce, bulk food and spices, sausage, and buckwheat flour. The best part? You can go any day of the year from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.… even on holidays for those last-minute ingredients!

Star City Farmers Market

Browse local farmers and business in the area from June through September as you pick through fresh produce and locally crafted goods at the Star City Farmers Market. Stop by for rotating vendors every Friday from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Edith B. Barill Riverfront Park. You’ll find an amazing mixture of local food and artists that offer something for everyone!

WVU Medicine Farmers Market

Enjoy a freshly prepared lunch by local restaurants as you shop fresh produce at the WVU Medicine Farmers Market. This market is held every Wednesday from May 25 through October 19 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the East-West Concourse between J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital and WVU Health Sciences Center.

Grafton Road Farmers Market

The Grafton Road Farmers Market features local growers and their fresh produce and handmade products. Come shop local in the Terra Alta Community Park on Thursday evenings from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. The Grafton Farmers Market is open June through October with monthly children’s activities and cooking demonstrations!

Fairmont Farmers Market

Pick up local produce, bread, herbs, home-baked goods, and more, at the Fairmont Farmers Market. This stand runs July through October, every Tuesday and Thursday from 4 p.m. – 6 p.m. at Palatine Park!

Bridgeport Farmers Market

Providing fresh, healthy food from local farmers, producers, and artisans. The Bridgeport Farmers Market is open every Sunday from mid-May through mid-October, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Charles Point Development in Bridgeport, WV.

With over 25 different kinds of vegetables and fruits, Duda’s Farm stand is the place to be. Their family owned and operated stand located in Westover provides home grown produce to you and your family. Check out their “Box Deal” for $25 worth of assorted produce.
