West Virginia University Natural History Museum

Housed in the upper lobby of Percival Hall, the natural history museum provides students and the public with a chance to view and learn about many Appalachian wildlife species. The collection includes hundreds of taxidermy specimens and other artifacts. The museum not only enhances learning opportunities but also educates the citizenry about Appalachian natural history and encourages a stewardship approach to natural resource conservation.
