Strongman competition at the Craig Civic Center Kingwood, WV. Events include sandbag to shoulder medley, Viking press, mammoth bar deadlift, Hercules hold and a MBPC apex squat. Spectator admission is $10 at the door. Athletes sign up at the link below.
