Maryland Crab Cakes, New Orleans Gumbo, SanFran’s Ricearoni from scratch, Michigan Pasties, WV Pepperoni Rolls (these are Mountaineer Bakery ones from Karen Guse, the best) and NY State Speedies. Hard to find dishes, unless you go to the area they are from. The reason they are famous? WAAAAAYYY Good! An ambitious array of food. Come do it!
