Big Bear Lake Trail Center is a privately owned trail system in northern West Virginia. Years of trail development by experienced mountain bikers have created a diverse trail system, featuring gradual climbs, large embedded rocks, tight slaloms, challenging rock gardens, and off-the-saddle downhills. Almost 50 miles of trail wind through knee-deep ferns, soft needle pine plantations, and groves of mountain laurel. Riders of all ages and abilities will find trails to fit their individual riding skills and need for adrenaline.
Big Bear is conveniently located 30 minutes east of Morgantown, WV, 1.5 hours from Pittsburgh, PA, and 3 hours from the Baltimore/Washington, D.C area. Located just 3 miles off of exit 29 (Hazleton Road), I-68 in north central West Virginia, Big Bear offers season or day-use trail passes, camping and events.
