Zoom Evening Yoga
Join us remotely from your home via Zoom for an all-levels vinyasa flow class. This hour-long practice will teach breathing techniques to relax and build heat within our bodies, yoga postures to strengthen and lengthen our muscles and relaxation poses to help calm the mind, body, and spirit. Class link will be sent to registrants prior to class, if you register by 4pm. A recorded version of the class will also be sent to late registrants and all registrants to view later. Classes taught by Heidi Sherwin and Miranda Talkington. All ages. $10 per class.
