WinterFest

Celebrate the season of ice and snow with us. We’ll have nightly ice skating, photo opportunities inside a giant snow globe, giveaways, snacks, food trucks, and various Refresh activities from Nov. 27 to Dec. 10 at the Evansdale Rec Fields.

The event will be open from noon to 10 p.m. on weekends, from 5-10 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 5 p.m. to midnight on Fridays.

Registration is required to ice skate. Visit go.wvu.edu/winterfest to register.

WVU students and employees should bring a WVU ID with them along with registration confirmation. Community members will pay $2 per person to ice skate; your purchase will be donated to one of three local charities, Scott’s Run, Pantry Plus More, and the Ronald McDonald House, of your choice at time of payment.
