Tygart Valley Half Marathon

The Tygart Valley Half Marathon starts and finishes at the Historic Golden Rule Building in the small town of Belington in Barbour County. The first-time race, put on by a group of experienced runners and race directors, features an out-and-back format with slight undulation along the beautiful Tygart Valley River on a mix of gravel and paved back roads. Join us for a beautiful and fast course, music and amazing food at the end, hand woven baskets and mugs for age group winners, and a great race atmosphere.
