Slow-roasted Mid-Western aged Angus beef served with Au Jus

and Creamy Horseradish sauce.  Accompanied by fresh

 green beans and Parisian Potatoes.

 Chicken Cacciatore……………. $22.00

 Tender breasts of chicken lightly floured, grilled then simmered with bell peppers, sweet onions, mushrooms, garlic, and Italian seasonings. Finished

with a rich red sauce and served over a bed of Fettuccine

Pork Chops Provencal…………. $22.00

Center-cut pork loin chops marinated then char broiled and

served over Rosemary stuffing.  Accompanied by fresh

green beans and Parisian Potatoes.

Seafood Pesto Combo…………. $24.00

A filet of Norwegian Atlantic Salmon and Icelandic Cod charbroiled

then basted with Pesto sauce.  Accompanied by fresh

 green beans and Rice Pilaf

Pan Fried Oysters…………$26.00

A dozen fresh shucked oysters lightly floured then grilled with lemon,

butter, and fresh chopped parsley.  Accompanied by fresh

green beans and Parisian Potatoes.
