October Arts Walk

Join us for October Arts Walk & First Friday for the Arts in Downtown Morgantown! Enjoy live music from Adrian and the Soul Miners, WVU African Music and Dance, Andrew Tuck and SabroTrio! Meet Mothman, watch Jamie Lester’s live sculpture demo and explore 50+ other artists and makers. This Halloween-themed celebration combines Arts Walk with the Arts Council of Greater Morgantown’s First Friday for the Arts, offering a night of creativity across multiple downtown Morgantown venues. Don’t miss the Pop-Up Art Lab’s grand opening at 180 Willey St. with Morgantown ReStored (a MSM program) as part of the FFA exhibit stroll. For those interested, there’s also THE Zombie Walk starting at 6:30 PM from the Morgantown Art Party.

From galleries to vendors to interactive experiences, it’s an artful evening for all! This FY24 Community Arts project is presented with financial assistance from the West Virginia Department of Arts, Culture and History and the National Endowment for the Arts, with approval from the West Virginia Commission on the Arts. Additional support for the Fall Arts Walks is provided by the Morgantown Event Advancement Fund, courtesy of the City of Morgantown and the Visit Mountaineer Country Convention and Visitors Bureau.
