If you are just getting started cooking and are overwhelmed with all the skills and things you are being told you need, this is the class for you. In 3 hours you will know what you really need, get some knife skill, and know what to have on hand. Let’s keep this as simple as we can and cook a few things as well. Come hungry. Hands-on cooking.
