Forest Wander & Wonder Walk

Often when people walk a woodland trail they are conversing with friends or exploring their thoughts. Join Judith Clister for a different walk through the woods, one where the focus will be on the senses, the quiet, and the wonders of the forest. Together we will experience fun ways to enhance the senses, explore mindful techniques to assist with the quiet, and learn the wonder of tree communication and connection to the rest of the forest.
The cost is $5 per person for WVBG members and $15 per non-member.
