Farm to Table Dinner at Riffle Farms
Pit Boss Phillip Austin and team will place one of our bison on a spit for the day and slow roast him to perfection for the feast not to be missed! Come check out the herd, enjoy a spectacular farm-to-table meal, and sip local brews by the fire! The bison herd will be pastured next to the event barn that evening, with only a gate between your table and these amazing beasts! Dinner will be served at 6 p.m.
Come be a part of harvesting the bison. Pit Boss and Master Butcher, Phillip Austin, will lead a group of us through the entire process the day before the feast, Oct 6th. This is true food transparency at its best, something we at Riffle Farms strongly believe in – it’s part of who we are as a business.
