Appalachian Film Series: “Rosemary: A Community Activist Fighting for the Friendly City”

Join us for our Appalachian Film Series! This fall Arthurdale Heritage will be showing four films with different representations of Appalachians.
On November 2nd at 7 pm, we will be showing the West Virginia Public Broadcasting documentary on Rosemary Ketchum, the first openly transgender person elected to public office in West Virginia. Following the film, we will be hosting a discussion on the film.
Other showings in the film will be on September 8th, October 7th, and November 4th.
