Join Hill & Hollow Free-Range Kitchen chefs Marion and Alegria Ohlinger for a series of interactive cooking classes exploring the Roots and Branches of West Virginian cuisine. “The deeper we grow our roots, the wider we grow our branches”, honoring both our history and modern Appalachian culture. The March class will focus on the preparation of stocks, soups, and stews. Ages 14+. $30 for WVBG members, $40 for non-members.
