Welcome to Underhill Suite, a local rental homestay overflowing with charm! Located in the Cheat Lake area of Morgantown, WV, close enough to Morgantown and the WVU campus but far enough away for a peaceful visit.
Enjoy all Morgantown and the area have to offer and return to a spacious 2-bedroom suite complete with all the amenities. Private entrance, 2 bedrooms (sleeps 6 – 8) and large living space provide all you need for that getaway in the woods. Surrounded by trees and more trees, you’ll love staying at Underhill Suite.
The space
Sleeping arrangements:
– 1 bedroom with 1 king bed
– 1 bedroom with 2 double beds
– 1 pull out futon in living room area
Living area has:
– Tv and gas fireplace
– Kitchenette with table with 4 chairs
-Plates, silverware with basic kitchen utensils
– Full size refrigerator
– Coffee maker and coffee
– Convection/microwave oven with cooking supplies
– Electric hot water pot
– Electric griddle
–Â 2 slice toaster
Full bathroom has:
– Shower/tub combo
– Toilet and shower have a separate door separate from sink/vanity/mirror area in bathroom
Gym is separate room off of living room area and has a separate tv and includes:
– Treadmill
– Exercise bike
– Elliptical machine
– Weight machine and free weights
– Sit-up bench
Guest access
There is a separate staircase and hallway separating Underhill Suite from the main house above. The hallway door is locked when guests are present.
