Locally owned specialty shop that produces handmade leather products by owner, Charlie McEwuen.  Tanner’s Alley Leather Design Studio opened in 1976.  Morgantown, West Virginia, is home to West Virginia University, where there is a great need for satchels, book bags, backpacks, and travel bags.
