Orangetheory is a one hour full body workout with a focus on Endurance, Strength, and Power using our treadmills, rowers and weight floor. Each workout is backed by science and tracked by technology using a heart rate monitor. OTF is a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) that is scientifically proven to burn calories up to 36 hours after the workout. Every workout focuses on the 5 heart rate zones that are displayed in real-time on TV screens in the studio. A certified coach is present in each class to help make sure you don’t under or over train while going through each of those zones.
