Appalachian Mercantile General Store and Cafe

Opened in 2021 at 1179 Main St. Granville, WV, Appalachian Mercantile General Store and Cafe is curated with the finest Appalachian goods and our food is Farm-to-Table. We combine a collection of foods and artisanal products in our Appalachian-inspired cafe!
